4" Patriot Carbon Fiber Volleyball System With Stainless Steel Shields or Structural Steel Stems

Carbon Fiber is now the material of choice for  with many of the top collegiate programs across the country.  The carbon fiber is designed for multiple years of dependable use with quick and easy setup, made to flex less than steel poles while weighing a similar amount to an aluminum pole. Poles available in multiple socket diameters (3", 3.5", 4").

The base section of the volleyball pole takes the majority of the stress load when tensioning a volleyball net. For customers with existing sleeves that accept 4" Outside Diameter tubes, our 4" carbon tubes will ship with Stainless Steel Shields around the base of the carbon fiber tubes..

For customers with existing 3" or 3-1/2" gym floor sockets the poles will ship with a short section of structural steel that transitions into the 4" Carbon fiber base and then to a carbon fiber upper section.  The structural steel stem is critical with the smaller socket sizes to avoid direct contact with carbon fiber going into a hard, sharp edged, steel gym floor sleeve. 

From our years of testing carbon fiber volleyball poles we have found that the softer carbon fiber tubing wears out with direct contact with steel gym floor sleeves.
