Our HYBRID Carbon Fiber Patriot "Pin-Stop" Volleyball System is manufactured in our very own warehouse, with a carbon fiber lower tube with Stainless Steel Shields along with an aluminum upper tube to provide a very stiff, very durable volleyball pole at a lower price point than an all carbon fiber pole. This system can be ordered with American Made telescoping volleyball poles, antennas, a competition level volleyball net, and protective pole pads. The base section is made from carbon fiber and stainless steel which provides most of the pole's stiffness while using an aluminum upper section keeps the price down.
- Pole Weight: 27lbs (32lbs with Worm Gear Winch attached)
- Worm Gear Winch: Stainless Steel. Engineered with stainless and bronze gears to prevent rusting. Collapsible handle for storage and safety.
- Built with maximum cross axis fibers started at the base of the pole to create a stronger carbon tube that may be flexed in multiple directions in times of competitive play. (We do not pultrude our carbon tubes as some of our competitors do with the goal of reducing price as this results in a weaker, more brittle pole as their isn't very much 360 degree strength in that design. (Pultrude is pulling carbon and resin through a die in a linear direction))
- Maximum Rigidity: At tension, designed to flex similar to a steel pole but weighs up to 40lbs less.
- Meets NCAA, National High School Federation, and USVBA standards.
- Stainless Steel Carbon Fiber Shield Installed at Base of Carbon Fiber Tubing.
- Non-marking rubber bumpers to protect gym floors.
- Solid, machined aluminum pulley at the top of the pole is drop proof and won't crack like the plastic parts used by many of our competitors. (Many volleyball poles are dropped every week with player set-up and takedown.)
