High Strength Recreation Set: RS

Our goal manufacturting this set was providing strong poles, a strong yet simple net, adjustable guywires, strong holding stakes, 1/4" rope boundary lines and a tear resistant vinyl carrying bag.  This system should last most people their whole lives and replacement parts are available if you ever lose a stake, guywire winder or boundary line corner anchor.

Every part of this system is made in the USA and built to last.  When you compare this system to other systems in the $100 to $200 range we are confident you will notice that our net is stronger, poles are stronger, stakes and guywires are stronger.

Includes:

• Recreational Made in the USA Net – 32 feet (w) x 39 inches (h) (Competition size). Constructed of #18 nylon netting (180 pound break point when hanging from the netting) and 2-inch 10 oz tear/ UV/ Mildew resistant vinyl tapes on the all 4 sides. 1/4" braided (1,000 pound breakpoint) nylon cords through top and bottom of net that attach the net to the poles.  Wood dowels are sewn into the sides of the net so the net hangs in a perfect rectangle.
• 2-Piece Adjustable Aluminum Poles – Lighter poles weighing only 4lbs each compared to the past heavier steel poles. 2-inch OD that can adjust to heights for men’s, women’s and co-ed. Each pole has eyebolts on both sides to connect carabiner clips (optional).
• Rope Boundary Lines - Pre-measured quarter inch rope boundary lines with loops in each corner for grass stakes. Boundary Lines can be ordered in 30’ x 60’ big court or 26'3" x 52'6" short court sizes and include a hand winder.
• (2) Rope Guywire Sets - Each set comes with 1/4" rope guywires with can be tensioned with solid plastic rod handles.  The guywries connect to thick, strong chain links for the ground stakes to be pounded through.
• (4) Super Strong Steel Ground Stakes – Low profile headed ground stakes which connect to guywire chain links and have fantastic holding power.  Strong stakes make a big difference in how much tension you can put on a volleyball net.  If the stakes pull out, the poles tip over.  We design ours connected to strong galvanized chain links which can be pounded below the ground so players can't stub their toes on them or step on them during competitive games.
• Carrying Bag -Our durable carrying is made with solid 18 oz vinyl which costs twice what most companies make their volleyball bags with.  Volleyball bags get beat up, dragged on the ground, stuffed with stakes and take a lot of abuse.  We see lots of volleyball bags with holes in them made by other companies and we like strong, tear resistant, water proof carrying bags.  Our carryig bag measures 60" x 8" x 8" with handles, has a full length double zipper and has space for a ball or two.
• Warranty / Misc. – Limited 5-year warranty on poles, net, boundary lines, stakes and guywires.  (Most people damage our volleyball sets backing over them accidentally with their car or hitting them set up with riding lawn mowers.  Please try not to do that. :-)
• Volleyball, pump and hammer to pound ground stakes is not included but can be ordered separately.
